• We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

Typographical Errors

• We strive to make every piece of information as accurate as possible.
  
• In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
  
• We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and your credit card has been charged.
  
• If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping Limitations

• Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service.
  
• Once the order has shipped, a status email will be sent to the email address provided, with tracking information for your order. 
• For orders where the shipping address is different from billing address provided, the desitnation address must be verified before an item will be shipped. We will contact you via email or telephone to confirm the details of your order.
• Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of most items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full weight unit that applies.
• When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. 
• All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
  
• You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost packages.

Attention: International Orders

• Shipping may take from 9 to 15 business days for Priority Mail International. If you have not ordered from the USA before, please note that some Countries may charge a customs fee. Please check with your local post office for more information on your Country's Customs Fees.
  
• Dynamic Energy Crystals is not responsible for fees charged by International Customs Offices.

Damage/Stolen Package Claims

• We do not file damage claims or stolen package claims. It is YOUR responsiblity to file a claim with the USPS local Post Office, and Police department.

Unusual Circumstances

• On rare occasions, packages may be lost by the delivery service. We realize that unusual circumstances do occur, and are committed to resolving problems in a timely manner, with mutual respect for all parties.

Returns Policy

• Crystals, Jewelry, Gems, and Minerals can be returned, provided that they are in their original condition and are carefully packed. Please contact us by email only (Please, no phone calls!) for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions. This must be requested within 7 business days of the receipt of your order. Please insure returns for their full value. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
• The product(s) must be received by Dynamic Energy Crystals within 14 Business days of the issuance of the RMA to receive your refund. All products must be packed in the original packaging, and include any accessories, documentation, or gifts shipped with the product.

Packaging and Shipping the Return

• Shipping with Delivery Confirmation is required with the RMA Number marked on box. We will refund you the cost of the product, or you can ask for store credit.
  
• Shipping is NOT refundable.
• Returns made without an RMA will not be accepted!!! Merchandise with an RMA returned after the 14 Business Day grace period, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee deducted from the return, and will receive store credit only!
• Any returns made after 30 Days and/or without RMA WILL NOT BE REFUNDED and will be returned to sender! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Refund Information

• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
  
• This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
• We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or store credit, once we've received and processed the returned item.
